Personality Test
The first test is focused on your personality, so there are no right or wrong answers—only you and your answers! Composed of multiple-choice statements, this test will provide a comprehensive and detailed assessment of your personality, and once completed, you will receive a report passing along what we’ve learned about you from your answers.
But what exactly do we mean by “personality”? Basically, your personality is the unique way you act, think, feel, and interact with the world. This test doesn’t measure your skills or interests, but your habits and tendencies that influence the way you work and interact with others.
Profile Match
Together with Randstad Services in Portugal, we will review all the personality tests, cross-check our criteria with your answers, and choose the candidates who will pass to the second phase based on the seven profiles we are looking for.

Persona technical
questionnaire
Based on the results of the first test and the persona/slot you best fit in with, the next phase will be composed of questions to evaluate specific characteristics we are looking for in each different persona/slot. Remember, there are seven personas we’re looking for: Changemaker; Never-Travelled; Storyteller; Adventurer; Communicator; Storywriter; Traveler.
Motivational open
questions
If you are among the most suitable candidates, you will be asked to answer up to three open-answer questions. You’ll also need to upload your CV and a portfolio of your relevant work.
Video interviews
After going through the open-answer questions, if you look like one of the unique individuals we’re looking for, we’ll set up a video interview to learn more about you. Background questions, problem-solving challenges, and role-playing scenarios will be part of these interviews. Bring your best casual self to the camera. After these interviews, we will select the final seven candidates who will participate in the Life-Changing Program.

LIFE-CHANGING PROGRAM
If you are selected to be one of our seven Humanizers, you will enroll in our Life-Changing Program for six months around the world. You'll create endless memories, develop soft skills, and make a real lasting impact, both on yourself and the people and places you come across. An experience that you will keep forever.

After the Program is finished, we will analyze participants’ performance with an eye toward continuation in our project as our ambassadors, Life Changers, or as part of the YourBestLife team for this world-changing organization.

You will be welcome by our team and receive a guide with all the details and activities that you’ll have to complete along the Program, either in group or by yourself.

At the end of the trip you will receive YourBestLife’s Program Certificate, proving that you’ve completed a real-world personal development Program and built a set of skills over six months around the world.

We are looking for three adventurous souls to live three weeks of breathtaking sights and excitement in the Azores. Best of all, you get to bring along two of your friends—anyone who’s at least 18 years old, a member of the YourBestLife Community is welcome to come along.

We want to give everybody the opportunity to travel and be a part of YourBestLife, so everyone of any age from anywhere in the world can join the YourBestLife Community and get access to our exclusive perks and events.
As for this year’s Life-Changing Program: as long as you’re between 18 and 35 years old in February 2020, you are welcome to participate in the Life-Changing Program. Citizens of all countries from all continents can apply to our program—wherever you live, and whatever you do, we’d love to have you on board!
You can apply until 11th of November , but remember that the sooner you apply the more you get back from YourBestLife Community.
Along with Randstad Services in Portugal we designed a rigorous selection process for the Life-Changing Program 19/20. We are looking for seven specific profiles, so the selection won't be random; we will be assessing your personality, skills, and profile throughout the four phases of this selection process:

After these interviews, together with Randstad Services in Portugal we will select the final seven candidates who will participate in the Life-Changing Program. The candidates' announcement will happen at the end of December 2019.
During the entire journey, you must be the most authentic version of yourself ;)
You will be travelling for six months around the world, exploring different cultures, developing meaningful and genuine relationships with the locals and contributing to the host communities through volunteer work. There will be some activities that will be done in a group, though there will always be time for you to explore by yourself or enjoy some alone time.
The countries for this first Life-Changing Program are: Costa Rica, Peru, South Africa, Reunion Island, India, Bhutan, Myanmar, Indonesia, Ireland and Portugal.
The Program will run from February-July 2020. The trip starts on February 2020, and the date will be chosen according to the preferences of the 7 Humanizers, in order to be suitable to all them! Our priority is that you all feel comfortable with leaving for this adventure. The end date will be exactly 6 months after the beginning of the trip.
